Privacy Policy

The email address you enter at checkout, which is where your order is delivered. If you pay with cryptocurrency, the transaction hash you submit, so the payment can be matched to your order. And the approximate country your connection comes from, which helps us spot fraudulent orders. We don't keep your IP address.

We do not ask for your name, address, date of birth or any identity document. We do not require an account to buy.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's systems and never reach ours — we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the data they hold.

Crypto payments involve no personal data beyond the transaction hash you provide. We do not and cannot link a blockchain address to your identity, and we do not attempt to.

Order records, including the delivery email address and any transaction hash, are kept for 90 days so that support requests and replacement claims can be handled. After that they are deleted.

Only the services needed to take and check your order: Stripe processes card payments; order details are sent to our private Telegram chat so we can fulfil them; and the transaction hash is looked up on public blockchain explorers to confirm the payment arrived. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage used is strictly functional — for example remembering which product you selected while you move through the checkout.

If you contact support on Telegram, that conversation lives on Telegram and is covered by Telegram's own privacy terms. We keep no separate copy of support chats.

Message @eldoradosells and ask. Order records tied to the email address you supply will be deleted on request, provided the replacement window on that order has closed.
