EldoradoSeller sells verified seller accounts for the Eldorado.gg marketplace and review packages for Eldorado.gg seller profiles. We are an independent shop and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Eldorado.gg.

Every seller account is sold with the account username and password, the registered email address, and that email account's password. You are advised to change both passwords immediately on delivery. We retain no copy of your changed credentials and cannot recover an account once you have secured it.

Seller account credentials are delivered to the email address you supply at checkout, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency payments are released once the transaction has confirmed on-chain. Card payments through Stripe are confirmed at the time of authorisation.

Review packages begin delivery within one hour of payment confirmation and complete within one to four hours, depending on package size. Delivery is paced intentionally.

If a seller account does not log in, or does not match the description on its listing, notify us within 24 hours of delivery and we will supply a replacement account free of charge. This guarantee covers the account as delivered. It does not cover accounts that have been restricted or banned as a result of your own activity after delivery.

Because accounts are delivered as digital credentials that cannot be returned once disclosed, orders are not refundable after delivery. The replacement guarantee in clause 4 is the remedy for a faulty account. If an order cannot be fulfilled at all, you will be refunded in full by the method used for payment.

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT, TRC20 and ERC20), Litecoin (LTC), and credit or debit cards processed by Stripe. Cryptocurrency sent on the wrong network cannot be recovered. The network required is displayed at checkout before you send anything.

You are responsible for securing the account after delivery, for complying with Eldorado.gg's own terms of service, and for the lawfulness of your use of the account in your jurisdiction. Marketplace account transfers may be restricted under Eldorado.gg's terms; you purchase on that understanding.

Support is provided on Telegram at @eldoradosells, around the clock. Average first response time is under ten minutes. Support is available before and after purchase.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. The terms in force at the time of your order are the ones that apply to it.
