The fee on each sale

When you create an offer, Eldorado shows a Fee section with the amount it takes from each purchase. Check it there for your category, because that's the figure that applies to your listing.

When your money becomes withdrawable

Payment goes into your Eldorado balance once an order is completed. That happens after TradeShield's check and protection windows, which for accounts can mean several days after delivery. Our TradeShield guide lists the period for each category.

You can withdraw once you've completed your first sale. If your balance is under a method's minimum, you can keep selling until you reach it or spend the balance on Eldorado.

Payoneer's minimum depends on where you live: $25 in the US; $10 in Ukraine, Armenia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Latin America; $50 elsewhere. Eldorado rounds fees up to the nearest cent, and the payout account must be in your name or your registered company's name.

What a $100 withdrawal costs

  • Payoneer: $4 + $2 = $6, you receive $94.
  • Skrill: $5 + $1 = $6, you receive $94 (in EUR).
  • SEPA: $4 + $5 = $9, you receive $91 (in EUR).
  • Bitcoin: $6 + $20 = $26, you receive $74.

USDC needs at least $200; on $200 the fee is $12 + $20 = $32. Because of the flat $20, crypto payouts only make sense for larger balances.

When balances get held

Eldorado's seller rules say that balances affected by rule-breaking can be held for up to 30 days. Late deliveries, missing proof in a dispute and off-platform payments are the usual ways sellers get there, so keep everything inside Eldorado chat and answer disputes on time.
