How to get your first sales on Eldorado
Getting verified is the easy part. Winning orders against sellers with hundreds of reviews is harder. These are the levers that make the difference for a new profile, all inside Eldorado's rules.

Promise a delivery time you can beat
Eldorado tracks how long you actually take to deliver. If your real times are slower than the time on your offer, buyers can see it and pick someone else. A late order can also turn into a dispute.
Set the delivery time a little longer than you need and then beat it every time. Fast and reliable beats fast on paper.
Answer buyers quickly
For orders with a delivery time of an hour or more, Eldorado expects you to message the buyer within 30 minutes. Do it every time, even just to confirm you're on it. Turn on notifications so new orders don't sit unread.
Keep every conversation in Eldorado chat. It's required by the rules, and it's your proof if a dispute is opened.
Write listings buyers trust
- Clear titles, two keywords at most. Eldorado limits keywords per offer and bans misleading terms.
- Exact descriptions. For accounts: platform, region, linked platforms, exact progress and inventory, and any bans or limitations.
- No duplicate offers. To sell several accounts in one offer, use Add Additional Account.
- Your own images. Copyrighted game images aren't allowed.
Price to win the first orders
Look at the established sellers in your category and price slightly under them while you build feedback. Don't go so low that it looks unrealistic; Eldorado's rules prohibit unrealistic prices, and buyers distrust them anyway.
Start with categories you can supply reliably. A handful of perfectly delivered orders does more for a new profile than a large catalogue you can't keep up with.
Build feedback early
Buyers compare feedback before they buy, so the first reviews are the hardest to earn. Ask satisfied buyers to leave feedback, and solve problems before they become disputes. A resolved issue often turns into a good review.

Mistakes that cost new sellers
- Taking buyers to Discord or Telegram, or asking to be paid outside Eldorado.
- Marking an order delivered before it fully is.
- Missing dispute deadlines: 12 hours for accounts, 2 hours for currency and items.
